Timer light blinks on wall unit and auto shut down.

My air-con technician serviced my air-con and tested running ok before he left. However, after air-con run for half hour, it stopped automatically. I turned it on again using my remote control. The air-con started working again but this time I could see the timer light on the wall unit blinking. I did not set the timer from remote control. How to cancel the blinking timer light on the wall unit? Thanks
